Whether you are generally healthy or are managing an illness, Golden Fitness could be the class for you. Classes start out with a light warm up and stretch to get ones body moving. Basic movements are used to ensure for non-impact on the joints. We will use light hand weights to keep upper chest & arms toned for light lifting in your daily life. To keep the mind sharp gentle stepping and arm movements are put together in pattern form. To help make the legs and core muscles stronger balance and coordination exercises are added also.

Living life to the fullest means taking care of yourself as you age.
